The Team

The Hawthorne Stingers, Team #5556, has been in Lego Robotics for four years now. We are co-sponsored by our school, Hawthorne Christian Academy and 4H. Our team is made up of eighth and ninth graders, we are all friends, and enjoy spending time together. During our meetings, we rotate back and forth between programming, practicing the skit, and working on our project. Even though we love having fun, we are serious when we need to be. This year's project is important to us and we hope we can make a difference and raise awareness.
